Miami International Holdings, Inc. is the parent holding company of the Miami International Securities Exchange, LLC . The MIAX Options Exchange (MIAX) and MIAX PEARL are fully automated electronic options exchanges for the trading of OCC issued options on equities and ETFs.

Aim of the Partnership 

The firm has recently announced its partnership with Templum, a platform providing a regulated, end-to-end solution for raising capital and secondary trading in the private market. Both firms together aims to develop a fully regulated exchange in order to list and trade digital securities. The exchange would be SEC-registered and operated as a facility of owned by MIH and subject to SEC approval.

MIAX has deep rooted experience in developing, operating and trading on exchanges. The initial focus of MIH was to leverage management’s expertise and relationships in the equity options space to launch the MIAX Options Exchange, a fully electronic options exchange for the trading of OCC issued standardized options on equities and ETFs. Further, Templum Markets is a registered Broker-Dealer and SEC approved Alternative Trading System (ATS) for private, unregistered digital assets.
