1. Dusk Network Partners with Bitfinex Operator to Launch $24m STO

Netherlands based firm Dusk Network, aiming to become the Ethereum of STOs has partnered with iFinex, the owner and operator of the Bitfinex and Ethfinex exchanges. The firm is all set to help a Maltese real estate company called BWRE to launch its STO on the platform. BWRE, which specializes in renovating and marketing short-stay lets, hopes to raise approximately $24m. Read details

2. Templum Requests SEC for Clearer Regulatory Guidelines for Digital Assets

Templum, a technology innovator that provides regulated market infrastructure for the digital asset sector has recently requested SEC to define clear regulations for the digital assets industry. Templum Markets is one of the only Alternative Trading Systems approved to conduct secondary trading of digital assets. 3. STO Global-X Launches Blockchain based Digital Asset Exchange

STO Global-X is a Singapore based end-to-end securities tokenization platform and digital asset  exchange. The firm has recently announced the global release of its institutional-grade, end-to-end digital asset exchange solution — STO Global Exchange (“STGX”). STOGlobalX is a joint venture between Hong Kong based CoinStreet Partners and Singapore headquartered Blockchain Worx.
